Min 1 – 2 Squat cleans (increase weight ea time)

Min 2 – 6 Up/Downs*

Min 3 – 30 sec hollow hold

WOD:

EMOM for 18 Min

Min 1 – 8 Toe2Bars

Min 2 – 1 Squat Clean/1Hang Squat Clean/1 FS (165/115)

Min 3 – 8 Burpees

 

Scaling Options:

T2B -> K2E -> Hanging Knee Raise

Bar weight -> as needed

 

Cool Down:

20 downward dog to cobra

 

Pigeon pose – 1 min per side
