My CrossFit Story: I started CrossFit at CrossFit Omaha in Omaha, NE in 2009. When the call went out for volunteers to begin a Functional Fitness-based program for Offutt AFB, NE, I jumped at the chance to help. What we started became the military affiliate CrossFit Team Offutt Tactical Fitness. I hope to continue to change people’s lives here at Luke through Joint Strike CrossFit. I do CrossFit to personally see improvements in my fitness and to help expand this great community.
