This one is a bit of a grinder.  Find the pace that lets your keep moving non-stop through this one.


Scaling Options:

KB weight -> as needed

Run -> 500M row per run


Cool Down:

Pigeon Pose – 2 min per side


Calf stretch on rig – 2 min per side
