11 body-weight deadlifts

100-meter sprint

 

Scaling Options:

Deadlifts -> ¾ bodyweight -> 11/2 bodyweight

Sprint -> 150M row

 

Cool Down:

Childs pose – 2 min

 

Hang from pull up bar – 2 min hang time
