Each athlete only gets one bar.  Must make the weight changes during the WOD

 

Scaling Options:

T2B->Hanging Knee Raise

 

Bar weight -> as needed

 

Cool Down:

Hang from pull up bar x 2 min

 

20 downward dog to cobra (slow)
