15 Ground To OH (95/65)

7 Handstand Push Ups


For the Ground to OH, any movement you want, clean & jerk, snatch, thruster, etc..


Scaling Options:

Run -> 250M Row


Bar weight -> as needed


HSPUs -> Pike Push Ups
