Increase weight ea set

Video courtesy of Rogue Fitness.  Second week of Zercher Squat, so just a reminder on the form.  Sets are lower this week, so aim for higher weight.

 

WOD:

Four 3-minute rounds of:

10 Hang Power Cleans (155/110)

10 Box Jumps (30/24)

Row for max calories

Rest 3 minutes between rounds

 

Score = Cals Rowed

 

Scaling Options:

Bar weight -> as needed

 

BJ -> 24/20 or as needed

 

Cool Down:

Roll out entire back – 2 min

 

Leg bleeds x 2 min
