8 Push Jerk (135/95)

12 Toe2Bar

4 Power Snatch (135/95)

Move through the exercise at a good pace, and you should get close to a good minute of rest every time.


Scaling Options:

Bar weight -> 115/80 -> 95/65 -> as needed


Toe2Bar -> Kipping Knee Raise -> Laying Toe2Bar*
