12 Min AMRAP:

20 Goblet Squats (53/35)

15 KB Swings (53/35)

10 Pull-Ups


Use the transition from one movement to the next be your recovery time.


Scaling Options:

KB weight -> as needed

Pull-ups – Buddha Pull Ups

HSPUs -> Pike Push Ups

Cool Down:

Couch Stretch – 2 min per side


Banded hamstring stretch – 2 min per side
