WOD:

10 Rounds:

45 Sec Max Distance – Row

15 Sec Rest

 

Score = Total Distance

Look to make the 45 sec a sprint every time!

 

 

Scaling Options:

Row -> Assault Bike

Cool Down:

Hang from pull up bar – 3 min hang time

 

Roll out low back and hamstrings
