WOD:

Every 6 Min for 30 Min, complete:

100 Double Unders

400M run

So, the goal is to finish the required work inside that 6 min window.  Anytime left over is rest before you start your next set.

 

Scaling Options:

DUs -> 200SUs -> reduce # of reps

 

Run -> 500M Row

 

Cool Down:

Calf stretch on rig – 2 min per side

 

Downward Dog pose – 1 min
