Part One:

12 Min AMRAP:

20 GHD Sit Ups

10 L-Arm OH KB Walking Lunge (53/35)

10 R-Arm OH KB Walking Lunge (53/35)

 

4 Min rest, then….

Part Two:

 

400M run for time (sprint)

 

Scaling Options:

GHD -> Ab mat Sit Up

 

KB weight -> as needed

 

Cool Down:

Banded OH stretch – 2 min per side

 

Couch stretch – 2 min per side
