Second time through on push jerk.  Lower sets means go heavier than the 5X5 week.

 

WOD:

3 Rounds:*

75 Double Unders

400M Run

 

 * 2Min break between rounds

 

Scaling Options:

DU -> attempts through 75  rope contacts -> 75 penguin jumps

Run-> 500M row

 

Cool Down:

Heel cord mash – 2 min per

 

Banded bully stretch – 2 min per side
