2,4,6,8,10,12,14,16,18,20 – Wall Ball (20/14)
So, perform 20 Alternating DB snatches (one left arm, one right arm, one left arm, one right arm…etc) until you get 20 total reps, so 10 per arm, then do 2 wall balls, then 18 alt DB snatches, then 4 WB, etc.. until the last set is 2 alt DB snatches and 20 Wall Balls.
Video courtesy of CrossFit HQ. Yes, these snatches are just Power Snatches with the dumbbell. Just don’t forget to alternate hands each rep, and DO NOT rest your free hand on your leg for support. Keep your core tight!
*If you come down from the HS before you hit 30 seconds, make sure you pop back up into a HS before the minute is over to get the total 30 seconds of HS hold.
This is a great time to work on your efficiency in these movements. Try to make every rep as perfect as you can while still moving fast.

Scaling Options:
Bar weight -> as needed
Ring Push ups -> regular push ups -> push ups off a bench
So, with the paused Snatches, pull off the ground as normal, but pause right at the bottom of the knee. Hold for a two-count, then finish the snatch (full squat). The reason for the pauses are to add time under tension. This will make it so you maintain proper body position with heavier weights
Video courtesy of Rogue Fitness. Although we don;t have the multi-grip bar like int he demo, use a regular bar for this movement. Goal with the 5X5 is you should be putting in a bit of a struggle to get that last rep of each set done. Add weight accordingly.

WOD:
10 Rounds For Time: 9 Thrusters (95/65) 35 Double Unders
40 Minute Time Cap
NOTES
This workout begins with the barbell on the floor and the athlete standing tall. At the call of “3, 2, 1 … go,” the athlete
will perform 9 thrusters, then 35 double-unders. They will repeat this couplet for a total of 10 rounds. During the workout, only the athlete may handle their equipment, and the rope must be set on the ground while the athlete is
performing thrusters.
Every second counts in this workout. The athlete’s score will be the time it takes to complete all 440 repetitions. Time will
be recorded in full seconds. Do not round up. If an athlete finishes in 15:40.8, their score is 15:40. There is a 40-minute time cap. If the athlete does not finish all 440 reps within the time cap, their score will be the number of reps completed.
There is no tiebreaker for this workout.
