With lower reps per set, look to go even heavier this week Don’t forget, for Push Press, the key is not to re-bend the legs after you extend the hips. Don’t want to turn these into push jerks. A good way to prevent this is to squeeze the butt as you extend the hips.

| Push the run and assault bike to allow enough time to get the Toe2Bars done prior to the end of the 5 minutes per round. Any time left over will be rest. |
