EMOM for 18 Min:

Min 1 – 30 Ab Mat Sit Ups

Min 2 – 15 Box Jumps (24/20)

Min 3 – 5 HSPUs

 

Scaling Options:

HSPUs -> Pike Push Ups* -> Hand Rel Push Ups

Box height -> as needed

Ab mat Sit Ups -> feet anchored
