The two gymnastic moves are a little more ramped up, so try to keep a pace where you don’t rest too long between reps


Scaling Options:

Box height ->26/24 -> 24/20 -> as needed

C2B -> Chin above Pull Ups -> Buddha Pull Ups


Cool Down:

Banded Lat Stretch – 2 Min per side


Pigeon Pose on box – 2 min per side
