Scaling Options:
Box height -> 20/16
Pull Ups -> Buddha Pull Ups -> Ring Rows

Sit Ups -> feet anchored
HSPUs -> Pike Push Ups off a bench -> Pike Push Ups off the ground
Hand Release Push Ups -> knees on ground in the push
