Goal of these sets is to hit 5 heavy singles.  Not looking for a 1RM, but heavy enough to push you to maintain form.

 

WOD:

10 minutes to complete:

50 Cal row

30 Double  KB Thrusters (53/35)

10 Burpee over Box Jump (24/20)

 

Scaling Options:

KB weight -> as needed

Box height -> 20/16

 

Cool Down:

Couch stretch x 2 min per side

 

Banded OH stretch x 2 min per side
