With Dumbbells in each hand, drop down and do a push up, then row with one arm, then the other, stand up and do squat clean into thruster.

Scaling Options:

Dumbbell weight -> as needed

 

Cool Down:

Banded bully stretch – 1 min per side

Couch stretch – 2 min per side
