50 Box Jumps (24/20)

60 Ab Mat Sit Ups

 

Only 1 Partner can work at a time. Other partner must hold a plank(on forearms)

    I am sorry to say, I cannot make it in to coach this morning. Too sick to get out of bed. So, you’ll have to do this workout on your own.
    If there ends up being an odd number of athletes, just make one team 3 members, with still only one athlete working at a time and two holding the plank. Increase reps to….

    15 alt pistols
    24 HSPUs
    45-second L-sit hold
    60 ring dips
    75 box jumps
    90 Ab mat sit ups

    Partner up
    2 Rounds*
    25 jumping jacks
    15 Air Squats
    10 Push Ups
    5 candlestick rolls

    *1 partner does a round while other holds top of push up. Switch everytime you complete a round. Each partner must do 2 rounds
