(weight mentioned is weight put on sled. so 135 is three(3) 45# plates)

 

  1. Prowler Sprint – length of white box (30 yds), 135/90

rest 2 minutes

  1. Prowler Sprint – length of the white box and back, 90/45

rest 2 minutes

  1. Prowler Sprint – length of the white box and back x2 45/25
